PURCHASE OPTIONS
We offer a variety of secure payment methods for your convenience, including:

- Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay
- Buy Now, Pay Later options (if applicable)
All purchases are processed in USD, and you will receive an email confirmation upon completing your order.
ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that plans change, and we will do our best to accommodate cancellation requests.
Order Cancellation Requests:
- Before Shipment: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. Contact us immediately at contact@relentless-empire.com to request a cancellation.
- After Shipment: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. Customers must wait for delivery and follow our Return Policy for exchanges or refunds.
Subscription & Pre-Order Cancellations (If Applicable):
- Subscription Orders: Customers may cancel subscriptions at any time, but cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged.
- Pre-Orders: Cancellations for pre-orders must be requested before the stated shipping date.
MODIFICATIONS TO ORDERS
- If you need to update your shipping address or modify an order, please reach out to us within 12 hours of purchase. We cannot guarantee modifications after this period.
REFUND PROCESS
If an order is successfully canceled within the allowed timeframe, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
