Refund policy
Return Guidelines:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Original packaging must be included (if applicable).
- Returns must be accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
How to Initiate a Return:

- Receive Instructions – We’ll provide you with return shipping instructions.
- Ship Your Item – Send your item back using the provided return address. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or order error.
- Get Your Refund – Once received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Exchanges & Store Credit:
- We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please return your item and place a new order.
- Store credit is available if preferred instead of a refund.
Final Sale Items:
- Items marked FINAL SALE cannot be returned or exchanged.
