Relentless Empire Shipping Policy

At Relentless Empire, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly and efficiently. Below, you’ll find details about our shipping process, including timeframes, costs, and policies.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During high-demand periods, processing times may be extended.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY TIMES

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping (5-10 business days) 
  • Expedited Shipping (2-5 business days) 
  • Express Shipping (1-3 business days)

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

  • We currently ship to select international destinations. Delivery times vary based on location and customs processing.
  • Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by their country.

ORDER TRACKING

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

  • Relentless Empire is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been shipped. However, if you experience an issue, please contact the carrier directly.
  • If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please wait 24-48 hours and check with neighbors or your local post office before reaching out.

ADDRESS ERRORS & UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
  • If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

SHIPPING DELAYS

  • Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, or holidays. Relentless Empire is not responsible for delays once the package is with the carrier.

CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
