Return Guidelines

Return Guidelines:

• Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
• Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
• Original packaging must be included (if applicable).
• Returns must be accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

How to Initiate a Return:

1. Contact Us – Email our support team at Contact@relentless-empire.com with your order details and reason for return.
2. Receive Instructions – We’ll provide you with return shipping instructions.
3. Ship Your Item – Send your item back using the provided return address. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or order error.
4. Get Your Refund – Once received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges & Store Credit:

• We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please return your item and place a new order.
• Store credit is available if preferred instead of a refund.

Final Sale Items:

• Items marked FINAL SALE cannot be returned or exchanged.
